I'm so stressed that the last-minute walkers that were supposed to sign up on Monday forgot. The Walk is already next week. I reminded them multiple times and I am not sure if they can still sign up. They still want to join but I do not know if they can. I have to ask my mentor about that. I thought these last minute walkers would make up for the people who decided to quit. Oh well. At least I am finished with my twenty blogs. That is one less thing to worry about but I will be making more blogs to update about the Walk.

I'm finally almost done with my blogs then I'll feel less stressed. I just want to relax on my break and not worry about my blogs. Tommorow I will do my last blog! I still did not finish my hours though. Next weekend is the Walk so I am almost done!! Well actually the research paper and all the other stuff is freaking me out because I feel like I have so little time.

Next action- the day before the Walk we will have a meeting to get everything prepared for the big day
How am I doing?
My mentor said everything is going very well and that this Walk is going to have more people on our team than they ever had before. She also said I got most of the people to join! All the last minute walkers won't be getting team shirts though. Oh well!

Today I will be meeting my mentor at 12. We will have lunch and discuss all the other stuff that we have to do. I think this project process is getting easier but I am sure it will get a little crazy once were closer to the Walk. I also need to tell her that another one of my friends has to drop out :(

Today I have a day to relax from the senior project. Tommorow I will be meeting with my mentor. I am not sure what I will be doing yet though. She said I will be getting at least three hours done so I am excited to be closer to 30 hours. I won't be finishing all my hours until the Kidney Walk though. The walk is in two weeks! It is getting closer!

How am I doing?
I am glad that I chose this Kidney Walk as my project because it makes me feel more determined to work on it. I am really excited because it is for a good cause and I heard that these Walks are really enjoyable. Also, the way KAI PHARMACEUTICAL talks about it at the meetings and all the activities will be fun. I also got many of my family and friends to join.

Today my mentor called me to tell me that there will be a meeting meeting on Monday. I am not going to make it because that is when I am coming back from vacation. But she said it is okay because I will be meeting with her on Tuesday so she will fill me in. More people want to sign up for the walk and I am telling them that the deadline is on Monday because I do not want them to sign up too late.

I'm scared that I won't finish my blogs because my walk is not until the 7th. I guess I still need to blog while on vacation though. I'll be coming back on Monday and on Tuesday I will be meeting up with my mentor. This project is stressing me out because along with this project I have an art project due when I go back to school. The AP test is also coming up on the 5th then after that I have to do a lot of setting up for the walk on the 7th.

So I am struggling to deal with more people who are dropping out because my mentor is on vacation and I am not sure what to do with them. I guess I have to wait until she gets back. action- contacted all the people who are joining the walk to make sure they can for sure attend, unregistered those who said they could not do it anymore, picked up the t-shirts from the KAI office and made sure every walker got one, got a prize for the winner of the t-shirt design and mini prizes for the runner ups
next action- I'm not sure yet, but my mentor and I will be going through our list of things to do
How am I doing? I have more than 75% of my personal goal of $300! I need someone to donate $25 more dollars than I reach my goal!! I'm thinking about increasing my goal but the walk is in two weeks and I am not sure it will be enough time. I feel a little more relieved that I got time with my mentor to work on this. There's not much left to do but we still have a to-do list. The actual day for the walk will be a lot of hours because I will be waking up early to set up and doing the actual walk.

I called up my mentor and asked I can meet up with her tommorow so I can work on the project. I'm not sure what I am going to do yet. I just hope I get a lot of hours done because I don't want to spend my whole spring break working on the project. She is also going to need some vacation time too. I am aiming for at least 4 or 5 hours tommorow. But I guess it depends on what I am doing.

So I have not met up with my mentor yet but I will during spring break. We'll both have more free time. I'm kind of stressing because there is so much going on...dealing with Senior Project and having to do really good and I need this to graduate. I'm also worried because along with Senior project, there's FINALS. I'm not too worried about finishing my project because I know it will get done. I'm just worried about doing good on the presentation and everything that is being graded.

How am I doing?
I still don't understand how I am supposed to make 30 blogs. I am already at 15 hours but only have 7 blogs. So I have to ask Ms. Sobrero. I am getting really worried because everyone is ahead of me. I'm scared that I will not pass this project. I have been getting so much work from school lately and it is hard finding time to meet up with my mentor. I have one month to finish the rest of my 15 hours and the walk is May 7, so i'm pretty sure that I will have enough time to get all my hours done.

action: My mentor and I made letters to companies to help us sponsor our team for the Walk, went to stores to pick up supplies, and we also started to plan out the packets that we will be passing out for the Walk.
next action: a meeting and making packets
How am I doing? I feel like I am so behind compared to other students. Many of them have their hours done. This process takes longer becasue the company that I am working with is juggling this walk and creating a medicine that helps Kidney cancer patients. My mentor and I have been trying our best to meet up at times that fit both of our schedules. When we do meet up, we try to work as much as possible and work long hours to fill up the 30 hour minimum. My project is both the porject and volunteering for the Walk because I will be participating in the Walk and running it because I am one of the leaders of the KAI PHARMECEUTICAL team.
